What is a Library Pass?

A Library Pass grants access to the full text of a huge range of titles listed on AustralianPlays.org. This includes over 200 titles from Currency Press and the Australian Script Centre's entire catalogue, which are made available in our easy to use online reader. When you read something you like, it can be yours to own in just a few clicks.

Although not every title is available to read online, a Library Pass provides access to more than 1200 scripts (80%) listed on AustralianPlays.org.

*Number of users

We have three Library Pass options to suit individual use, shared access amongst three users and more flexible access across a whole school, university or any other organisation. 

Our Premium Library Pass makes it easy to manage large numbers of users by allowing them to login with their own organisational email (ie. @schoolname.com) and a single shared password.

While there are no limits to the number of users who can share a Premium Library Pass within a school or organisation, access to each script is limited to 25 views.

We think you'll find this is more than enough to explore the huge body of work at AustralianPlays.org. If you require access to a particular script beyond 25 views, you will find it available for purchase.

Process orders on invoice

This feature allows Organisation and Premium Library Pass holders to generate an invoice for purchases if they require an alternative to credit card or Paypal payments.

An emailed invoice is sent automatically and goods are released upon receipt of payment by cheque or direct deposit.

All users of an Organisation Library Pass have access to this feature, as do the owners/administrators of a Premium Library Pass. Shared users of a Premium Library Pass cannot generate invoices, but are free to purchase via credit card if they require.

Earn free scripts

When logged in to your profile, for every dollar you spend on AustralianPlays.org you'll earn 1 point.

When you have earned 100 points, you'll find a 'claim free script' button on the product page of all Australian Script Centre titles.

Whenever you claim a free script, simply return to your profile page to download your PDF copy. This download entitles you to make one copy of the script. If you require multiple copies, you can purchase a Copy Licence at any time.

Build a reading list

On every script page, you'll find a button labelled, 'Add to reading list', so that you can keep track of scripts you'd like to return to as you browse the site.

You can also make notes to accompany the titles you've added to your reading list, which is located in your profile.
