Donna Cameron

Donna Cameron was nominated for an AWGIE in 2011. She has had four plays produced by ABC’s Radio National Airplay – The Salt Maiden, Shopping for Life Forms, Bringing Down the Moon and Water Tight. She is a graduate of the NIDA playwright’s studio and holds a Masters in Playwriting with Queensland University of Technology. Her critically acclaimed solo work The Flowering toured to Tasmania in 2008 with Mudlark Theatre and received a return season at the Judith Wright Centre in Brisbane 2010. Donna is currently working with ABC radio on a radio adaptation of The Flowering. She has recently completed a Fresh Ground residency with the Judith Wright Centre of Contemporary Arts, in development with her latest work Oh Sister.
