Julia Lewis

Julia Lewis's plays have been performed at the Sydney Fringe Festival, Theatrefest and Parramatta Riverside Theatre. In 2002, her short play Life Drawing was performed at Parramatta Riverside Theatre (Hook, Line & Sinker Theatre Co) as part of a Festival of New Works. In an earlier form, Statues of David had a sell-out season at the Sydney Fringe Festival, won Best Australian Play (Theatrefest, Zenith Theatre Chatswood) and was shortlisted for the inaugural Griffin Theatre Award. As well as writing for the stage, Julia has written television scripts, radio comedy and documentaries, corporate training videos and short films.
