Frank and Penny Pigeon live in a suburban fortress with security fences, locks and alarms to protect them from the frightening world out there. But all this security also locks them in as well as keeping danger out. One night a giant singing telegram Teddy Bear bursts into their house and shatters their world and unlocks their darkest secrets.
