PORT ARTHUR

Set on the Isle of the Dead, Port Arthur, in the 1830s, this is a play about a grave digger who wants his freedom, a flagellator who wants revenge against the grave digger, and a teenage boy convict, who wants love. We also see something of the hypocrisy of the administration.
