PULPIT ROCK
by Gina Schien
Jean, a timid woman in her forties, wakes to find herself in a house from her past life. She makes two discoveries. The first is that she is dead. The second is that her daughter's lover is a killer. Jean discovers with horror how insignificant her life has been and how poorly she was valued as a wife, mother and human being. She determines to overhaul her passive personality and take radical action. But it seems there is a price to be paid for changing the past and avenging the dead...
A play that explores the ambiguous nature of revenge and the possibility of an all-seeing God.
