I SAID A WORD
by Stephen Housei said a word was the result of a commission by Riverland Youth Theatre Company to create a play about young people living in the Riverland, South Australia. Its themes - peer group pressure, youth dynamics, bullying, homophobia, support and friendship - were developed from a number of workshops in Barmera. The play is set over one evening at a young people's party by the river. It can accommodate a larger cast.
