UNSPEAKABLE ACTS

An Australian novelist at the peak of her career is in Venice on a fellowship and to launch her latest book. At the launch, she is confronted by a strange episode involving a childhood friend whom she hasn't seen for 20 years. She also meets a beguiling younger man. Past and present begin to intertwine in an intriguing, constantly shifting plot where nothing is exactly as it seems.
