We've recently listed 13 plays from Chris Dickins' extensive body of work at - a goldmine for those looking for intelligent and lively texts for school groups. Many of his texts are issue-based and are great catalysts for discussion in the classroom, as well as being strong, theatrical and often very funny plays.

Chris is a playwright, theatre director and teacher who has been specialising in youth arts and theatre-in-education since the late 70s. Chris has written more than 90 plays, a number of which have been commissioned and studied by universities and produced across Australia and Internationally.

Our Literary Manager, Tom Healey, sat down for a chat with Chris to talk about his career highlights and the evolution of his work as a theatre-maker.
