Steve Rodgers

'Ray's Tempest' was Steve Rodgers's first effort at writing a play. After featuring in the 2004 Australian National Playwrights' Conference it was picked up by Company B Belvoir, and produced there in 2005 under the direction of Richard Roxburgh. In 2006 the Melbourne Theatre Company programmed it, staring William McInnes, and it went on to have a sell-out season. Steve has been employed as an actor in theatre, film and television for over a decade, working with theatre companies such as Pork Chop, Burning House, Company B Belvoir, Sydney Theatre Company, Bell Shakespeare and the Ensemble.
