SIX WAYS TO SAY GOODBYE

by Dina Ross

What happens when four perfect strangers sign up to a Death Café programme to discuss love, loss and mortality? Plenty of black humour for a start. Loosely based on the Five Stages of Grieving process devised by psychologist Elisabeth Kubler-Ross, each character embodies one of these stages and each scene encapsulates a step from grief to acceptance. The play deals with serious issues with sensitivity, compassion and laughter.

"A play to tug at the heartstrings and tickle the funny-bone."
