WHEN SHALL WE THREE MEET AGAIN?

by James Watson

A bold adaptation of Macbeth by William Shakespeare, this play delves into the literary interpretation that the Lord and Lady Macbeth are grieving the loss of their child. The two of them are alone in a room, trapped and unable to escape that which they do not want to talk about. Each attempt to exert control over their lives again, either through murder, or sex, or drinking, leads to more disaster and tragedy. Macbeth becomes a lonely figure, haunted by the ghosts of his friends and family. The inability to deal with loss leads our characters towards a dark path.
